USERN Congress 2016

The 1st International Festival for Awarding USERN Congress was held between November 8th-10th, 2016; including expert meetings, workshops, panels, and keynote lectures during November 8th-10th.
The speakers was limited to high level scientists, where only Nobel and Able Laureates and top 1% scientists worldwide would talk and moderate the sessions.
