About me

I am a researcher dedicated to healthy aging and brain health, specializing in neuroscience and biomarker development. My work investigates aging-related trajectories and biomarkers with the goal of developing strategies to preserve the biological networks of the body and prevent the onset of systemic aging. Recently, I have shifted my focus to Geroscience, which enables me to maintain the function of biological systems and prevent age-related diseases. My five-year vision in the field of healthy longevity is to study cross-species biomarkers of aging, emphasizing methods to preserve the function of biological networks rather than concentrating solely on organ-specific interventions.
