Research Background:

Stereotaxic Surgery & Neuroscience: Extensive expertise in performing complex rodent survival surgeries, including stereotaxic brain injections, for a first-author neuroscience study. Responsible for all post-operative care and tissue collection.

Behavioral Neuroscience: Deep expertise in designing, conducting, and analyzing a full battery of behavioral tests, including Morris Water Maze, Novel Object Recognition, Open Field, and Y-Maze, with full responsibility for data acquisition and interpretation.

In Vivo Procedures: Extensive experience across all major administration routes (IV, IP, oral gavage) and terminal procedures, including cardiac blood collection, brain extraction, and tissue sectioning.

Molecular Analysis: Hands-on experience performing ELISA, PCR, and Western Blot to analyze biological samples and support study conclusions.
